Rachael Flintoff | Director

Rachael has owned Woodside for many years. During this time watched it grow into one of the county's leading equestrian centres.

Having been involved with horses from a very young age, she has a wealth of knowledge in both riding instruction and animal care.

Qualifications:

• BHS STAGES 1,2 & 3
• BTEC NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HORSE CARE AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
• BBHS RIDING AND ROAD SAFETY
• HOLDS A CURRENT CRB CERTIFICATE
• UKCC LEVEL 2
• CERTIFICATE FOR FIRST AID
• NVQ LEVELS 2 & 3
• COMPLETED A COURSE IN CHILD PROTECTION

Rachael is also involved in numerous fund raising activities connected with Woodside, including The Air Ambulance and Wish Upon A Star.

Jamaine Johnson | Instructor

Jamaine has worked for Woodside for several years now, and has become a very popular instructor.

Qualified to take both group and private lessons. He has also been involved with horses and ponies from a very young age, and has a great understanding of yard management.

Louisa Colucci | Instructor

Louisa started at Woodside many years ago as a keen riding student herself and since has became a very dedicated instructor. Louisa is popular with all of our riders teaching clients from beginner to advanced levels. She has became a firm favourite at Woodside and we're lucky to have her....

Paul Hague | Yard Technician

Paul is Woodside's longest serving member of staff, with over 20 years at the yard. He no longer rides for us, but has a great knowledge of horses and ponies. He takes care of all of the yard maintenance and repairs, along with his mucking out and horse care work. In his spare time he rides his Harley Davison motorcycle. and lives local to the yard.

Qualifications:

• CURRENT CRB CERTIFICATE
• COMPLETED A COURSE IN CHILD PROTECTION

Zoe Godfrey | Instructor

Zoe is another very experienced member of the team. Zoe has had horses of her own for over 15 years. Zoe has also had the expereince of working with a range of horses in Austrailia and two other riding schools. She is a very popular instructor which we are lucky to have. Zoe also runs her own mobile zoo business.

Rebecca Brooks

Rebecca has been with us at Woodside for a number of years.

Rebecca is very popular with all of our clients and gives everyone a very warm welcome. She is a very valuable member of the team who teaches for us on a Saturday. Rebecca is a very patient and encouraging instructor who teaches both group and private lessons.

Rebecca Machin | Receptionist

Rebecca started as a keen riding student at Woodside and then went on to own her own pony. Rebecca completed her ABRS qualifications with us at Woodside and is now part of our weekend team. Rebecca assists on the yard to ensure all of our horses and ponies are looked after but her main job is ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Lottie Cobham | Receptionist

Charlotte has been riding at Woodside for a number of years. Charlotte has a great passion for horses and riding. However, she also does a fantastic job at running the office on a Saturday. Charlotte is keen to work up to being an instructor so often helps out with lessons when she can. She is very knowledgebale and gets on great with the children!
