Our Story

Ciao! Welcome to Lombardo's Lasagneria & Aperitivo.

We are an independent, couple-led Italian restaurant located on the edge of Sherwood, Nottingham.

At Lombardo's, our menus are inspired by our true knowledge & experience of Italian cuisine & culture, whilst specifically focusing on lasagne in different variations.

We began developing our concept back in June 2020, initially introducing our food across Nottingham by the means of food deliveries, markets, private catering, & pop-up restaurants.

We are now absolutely delighted to be able to welcome you into our very own restaurant, & Nottingham's first ever Lasagneria.

Our Food

Here at Lombardo's we pride ourselves on offering a rustic & authentic Italian food experience, specialising in the world-famous dish of lasagne. We love to develop diversity in our lasagne flavours, yet continuously aim to maintain the traditions behind the original Italian recipe.

All of our dishes are made from fresh in our kitchen, and we use only the utmost premium ingredients such as handmade, fresh lasagne sheets, 100% Italian tomatoes, genuine Italian cheeses, & quality cuts of meat sourced from our local, independent butcher. Buonissimo!

Our Resaurant

Our restaurant was first established in November 2021 and has since gone on to win Best New Business (Nottingham) in England's Business Awards 2022!

A huge achievement for us which we are very proud to have accomplished in our first year. We continue striving to maintain our award-winning service for every customer that walks through our door.

We are a small and intimate setting suitable for tables of up to 6 people only. When dining with us, you will experience a service from us both personally, with Alessandro cooking for you in the kitchen, and Ashleigh hosting your table.
